25 walkable seaside cities in Europe

Summertime is beach time. And Europe boasts various coastlines at various seas. But if you are looking for something more than just getting tanned on the sand or getting the salty wind in your face, there are many European towns and cities which offer other activities, all in walking distance from the salty water.

I have tried to divide the larger seas in Europe into smaller areas but still some of them ended up being considerably larger than others. This is due to the cluttered geography of the continent. On the other hand these smaller seas can help to understand the cultural diversity in Europe. As a result I present you 25 towns and cities which rest like barely discovered pearls at the different seashores.
